This game is excellent for any age to improve listening and spelling. There are a sheet of letters which need to be copied and laminated each student will receive about 55 letters and work in a group or with another person. The teacher calls out the word and the students have to spell the word using the letters on their desk then call out if they are first t finish. It is so competitive and mostly used in English/EAL and ESL but can be used even as a warmer to review key words in any subject. There are some recommended words form easy to hard but of course the list is endless. All students enjoy this because it is hands on and interactive.
